A Right To Choose
Here at Xen Care Services, we help people to live independently and empower them to make their own choices. Our supported living service is available in Ipswich and Essex and is suitable for people with a wide range of disabilities, whether they are visible or hidden. This service is designed to enable individuals to remain in their own homes or in purpose-built shared accommodation.
We believe that everybody has a right to choose where they live and through supported living, our clients can access a better quality of life and receive the level of support they need in order to achieve their full potential.
Before we can begin supporting you, we will need to carry out a needs assessment. During this assessment, we will take the time to get to know you so that we can understand your individual needs, goals and hopes for the future. Your voice will be placed at the heart of all discussions and decisions.
Bespoke Care Plans
No two individuals are the same and therefore your care plan will be truly bespoke and personal to you. Whether you require help with washing, dressing, cooking, getting in or out of bed, or are in need of a companion to help you access public transport and attend your appointments or hobbies, we will support you. With a supported living package in place, we will be by your side whenever and wherever you need us.
We understand that your needs may vary from day-to-day or week-to-week. Some days you may need us to visit you several times but, on other days, you may only need one or two short visits. We will follow your routine and will review your personal care plan at regular intervals to ensure that any new needs are captured and catered for.

We have a team of passionate individuals who aim to provide the highest level of service and care to clients across East Anglia. We have over 40 carers working for us in a variety of settings. Our mission is to provide each and every one of our clients with a bespoke care package.
