Unmet care needs can place an enormous strain on individuals and their families, in turn forcing people to make uncomfortable and, sometimes, drastic decisions. We firmly believe that everyone has a right to choose where they live. Whilst some people may express a wish to remain at home, others may choose to take up residence in a care home. This is a very personal choice, but both options should be viable to the individual concerned.
As a team of home carers, we are committed to supporting people in their own homes and making life that little bit easier. After carrying out a care assessment and listening to your views, as well as those of your family, we will come up with an individual care plan that will cater for all your needs and enhance your quality of life.
Respect & Dignity
Some people may be in need of a companion to support them outside the home, whilst others may need assistance with administering medication, taking care of their personal hygiene or preparing wholesome meals. Whatever your individual needs, you will be assigned a carer who is highly trained, experienced and compassionate; someone who you can expect to work with you, not against you, and who will treat you with the respect and dignity you deserve.
We can also support people with more complex needs such as those with a learning disability, an acquired brain injury or lifelong medical conditions.
