Nominated Individual
The nominated individual plays an important role in the business, with key relationship and responsibility to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as well as holding a pivotal leadership role within the company.
Our Nominated individual leads and supports the business to embed the skills, knowledge and values needed to carry out the best service.
The Nominated individual supervises how regulated activity is managed, also ensures the facility is providing the correct governance and is reporting this to the regulatory body – such as the CQC (Care Quality Commission).
Registered Manager
The Registered Manager operates and develops the business whilst working within the requirements of the Care Act 2014 as defined by the regulator.
Our RM ensures that the Company’s Policies & Procedures are adhered to, also ensures that the reputation of the business is that which provides appropriate carers that enhance the lives of our customers.
The RM is responsible for the security and confidentiality of information stored on behalf of Service Users and staff in files both in electronic and paper format in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR while ensuring that customer rights are protected.
Care Coordinator
The Care Coordinator ensures the continuity of person-centred care delivery while actively promoting the services that the business offers, through face to face and telephone communication. Manages the activities of a workforce ensuring that the needs of customers within each of their designated areas are met.
Our Care Coordinator ensures that our customers lives are enhanced by the strength of a well-managed, reliable & stable care team.
Field-Care Supervisor
Our Field-Care Supervisor supervises the assessment & delivery of quality-based Care functions within Xen Care Services whilst ensuring that the reputation of the business is that of a company who provides a safe and effective service which enhances the lives of our customers.
The Field-Care Supervisor provides Care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations under the direction of the Registered Manager.
Care Admin
The Care Administrator ensures that there is an organized flow of standard office procedures and communication by providing support to the office team and senior management.
Maintains a professional, positive, and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, front line carers and vendors in person, online and via telephone.
Our Care administrator works in accordance with company needs, plans and protocol, while working in-line with legislation and relevant regulation to ensure staff compliance remains top notch.
